Male, 39, from Rugley, UK, Sent Indecent Images to 13 and 14 year old girls !
A 39 year old male, named ROBERT WILLIAM BLACK from Rugley in the UK, had sent a video of himself masturbating to what he believed was a 13 year old girl, he also sent indecent images to another girl who he believed was 14.
According to Stinson Hunter and his team who had come across the pervert; “He told us that he was on his way to meet the 13 year old but then didn’t show and made some lame excuse up. He is a very dangerous individual, his information is with the police but we still need your help identifying him.” - As posted on Stinson Hunter’s facebook page.
